Guys, we are soooooo excited to show you what we were working on earlier this month!! We dodged the snowy coat weather just in time to coordinate this! Get ready to see some fabulous sneak peeks of our first styled shoot!
This fall-inspired shoot was dreamt up for the bride who wants the outdoors with a classy feel but still very laid back. We’re talking fall harvest, not country rustic. You won’t find any mason jars here.
For the shoot we incorporated mini pumpkins at each place setting that were spray painted and glittered for a nice DIY touch. We tied an escort card lettered in gold to a couple pumpkins to add a nice personal touch. The florals? Drool worthy. And the dress? Perfect. Just the type of color scheme and feel you would have at, say, a Husker wedding?
Vendors: Tables, chairs, cake stand, drinkware, and dinnerware: United Rent-All | Styling, photography, and all other decor: Basic Bash Events | Florals: Flowers for Special Occasions Cake: Cake Gallery | Dress: Modern Trousseau from Ready or Knot {Wedding Chic}| Model: Jenn Gillespie
Look at this place setting! All gold everything! Love.
The all things delicious hot apple cider bar/cake table.
The hot apple cider bar was complete all sorts of toppings – cinnamon, nuts, brown sugar, whipped cream, and caramels. And a handmade apple cider bar sign.
Haybales are an adventure. So messy!! Pro tip: don’t go out of your way to use them as decor. They shed EVERYWHERE and they are absolutely no good wet!
What a gorgeous bouquet. Roses, rosehips, seeded eucalyptus, and protea wrapped up with ivory ribbon!
Our first shoot was such a success! We couldn’t have done it without the help of our amazing vendors, seriously they are awesome!
Be on the lookout for pro pics by Erin Eppenbaugh (Public House) coming soon!
