Do you ever have those days when you feel like you’re a chicken with your head cut off? Or (a phrase we use ALL the time) you feel like you have multiple tabs open in your mind? My mind has been everywhere lately and it’s been so hard to focus on one thing at a time. I’ve been learning a thing or two about rest and giving yourself grace and how both of those things are better than stress.
These ladies are much more eloquent when it comes to explaining the importance of rest, breaks, boundaries, letting go, and doing what you need to do to fill yourself back up but basically the answer is you need to remember why you’re doing what you’re doing, if it’s really helping you in the end, and make time for what’s important to you every day.
